B: Okay,may I have your name?
A: My name is Yamada.
B: Can you tell me what your baggage looks like?
A: It’s large and black one.How can you help me if you can’t find my suitcase today?
B:We will keep looking and let you know.Where are you going to stay?
A:Hilton Hotel. Please deliver my suitcase to the hotel as soon as you find it.
B:Certainly.

３:ホテルで当日予約がなかなかできない

B:Hilton Hotel,may I help you?
A:Do you have a room for tonight?
B:I’m sorry all the rooms are booked for tonight.
A:All right thank you.
B:Hello Benson Hotel,may I help you?

B:What kind of room,sir?

B:The double room is 150 dollars per night.

 B:I can book you on tomorrow’s flight.
